"Ohhhh... *bleagh* " Ranma was not feeling well that night. Something was very wrong... it was as though his guts were on fire. Rinsing the vomit from his mouth, he took a long look at the clock: 2:13. He needed to get to the infirmary, and fast. Unfortunately, that wasn't an easy thing in this "training facility", if that's what it really was. All the strange medical tests, the secrecy, the occasional stormtrooper... everything was pointed in odd directions, including the map to the building. The martial artist wandered around, hoping to find the right place, until he spotted a door that looked like the right one. Not bothering to wait for the automatic doors to kick in, hesimply shoved the entrance open. He didn't bother to look at the reinforced titanium and ceramic bent like tinfoil where his hands had gripped the doors. Upon entering, his mouth hung agape, dumbstruck as he spied what had to be the biggest computer he'd ever seen. Nekomi had had its share of computer facilities, but this... this was monstrous. Three whole walls of the room were covered with monitors, drives of various kinds, wiring, and other outlets, leaving little doubt as to the main purpose of the room. He walked over to a somewhat idle keyboard and monitor, glanced at it for a moment, then casually typed in his name, curious at the outcome. >saotome File opened: Saotome, Genma DOB: 12/5/49 "What the... that's my father's..." Taken aback, the pigtailed man scrolled down through the file for a moment, lost in discovery of his lost father's life. "Hiya, Ranma!" "Waaah!" Shocked at the unexpected intrusion, Ranma stared up at the ceiling, where Ryouga and Akane, his "teammates" at the facility, were enjoying a forbidden break. "Ryouga! Akane! What are you doing here?" "Oh, hey, pervert." The young girl sat there lazily, idly waving a hand to Ranma in greeting. "Ryouga and I usually come down here, to get away from the Gestapo... waitasec... How'd you get in here?" "I went through the door." he pointed a thumb back to the damaged door, prompting wide-eyed stares from the others. "Freeze!" One of the guards, a red-suited man with a dangerous-looking gun in his hands, burst in, hair-trigger ready to fire. "Get out where I can see you!" "I'm sorry if I entered something I shouldn't have. I was just looking for the infirmAAAUGH!" A swift surprise backhand went across Ranma's jaw, sending him flying. "Hey, cool down, man!" Ryouga, angry at his friend's beating, leaped down, only to meet the business end of the man's gun. "Shut up! Down on the floor, all of you!" the guard, already on edge, shoved Ryouga and Akane down on the floor, leaving the latter dazed. This really made Ranma angry... his eyes seemed to glow with rage. "You've just made a big mistake, mister. And it's the last you'll ever make!" Ranma's voice seemed to warp and change, as though the speed on a record player was being altered, as he shouted the battle cry. A swift punch later, and the guard's helmet was caved in, its protection the only thing keeping him alive. "Uhhh... Ranma? Are you okay?" Ryouga and Akane just stared at their friend, flabbergasted at the transformation going on. Ranma was growing - and in more ways than one. His legs and arms gained in reach, seeming to stretch for miles. His chest started to expand, growing to voluminous proportions. the hair on his head, once black as night, now shone red from the glare of the monitors. The hard, rugged features of his face had softened, smoothed out, with the last trace of facial hair disappearing. "I dunno. She looks pretty good to me!" "What's happening to me..." she choked out, her eyes widening at the changes going through her.
