Abdullah of Al-Rassan

"I go forth in honor of Dios, Serpent praise his name."
A warrior of the desert lands of Al Rassan, he joined the Rose Knights in the belief that Random is the reincarnation of King Dios (honored be his name) and it would be a glorious honor to serve. He is a fair combattant armed and unarmed, but does not work very well with others, being used to working alone, or with a camel.

Diora of Venetia

"Strike like the waves, flow like the rivers, be as cool as ice."
A student of Chaos' naval academy, she was caught in the rioting in the docks of the Courts. She was saved by the efforts of Asuka and in turn helped in the aftermath. She has emerged as a leader of the Rose Knights, overseeing their fledgeling naval branch. She is cool and aloof, but despite this shows a great deal of compassion in her actions, and it is believed this is why she stays with the Knights. One of the four who are generally considered leaders of the roses beneath Random.

Mai Lee of Gotham

"BEHOLD MY POWER, EVILDOER!"
The Hero Of Gotham, or so she believes. A Gotham Vigilante that believes in Bright Shining Justice, Burning Justice, and Great Justice, and applies it frequently. Not too bright but incredibly durable and deceptively capable in martial arts. She joined the Rose Knights in the belief that this, surely, would be a League of Justice, and she would be able to meet many allies in her Quest For Justice.

Tyson of Zeta Cygni

"That's right, check out my cool pose. I look good, right?"
Another young chaosian caught up in the rioting, swept up in the efforts to keep the peace, he's young, brash, cheerful, and an ace gunslinger. Utterly despises shadows where gunpowder, laser pistols, or magic rayguns are not available.

CHURCH OF THE SERPENT MEMBERS

Ciel of Draco

"Mine is the final solution."
For every light there is shadow, and she is the Order's self-appointed shadow, believing that the Knights goal is worthy but doomed if no-one is willing to get their hands dirty with darker tasks. A very charming and elegant person in normal situations, her savagery in combat has left even her allies speechless. She has executed some of the more unruly rioters and criminals with no mercy, and is a rabid hunter of cultists. Her faith is tested sorely by the Serpent's decree that Suzuka is to be allowed to live. She also likes karaoke.

Robin of Pindin

"..."
A seemingly quiet and sullen teenage girl, she is a fire elemental prodigy and has displayed a command of the element unmatched by anyone so young. She helped extinguish the raging fires during the day of the wreck, and has stayed on feeling good about having contributed to society. Despite her demeanor, she is very idealistic.

Athena of Cadeceus ne Olympus

"Hiiiiiii everybody! Everyone ready? Let's gooooo!"
An up-and-coming idol singer of Chaos as well as an up-and-coming mage, she tended to the wounded and helped keep morale up among the volunteers that would become the rose knights. She and Random have met in passing, and she views Random as a kind of Sempai/older sister figure.

Chizuru of Rinbu

"The hand of destiny is unmistakable. Where it may lead us, I do not know, but surely it will be great.."
A mage specializing in healing, she saved many lives during the rioting and is one of the Rose Knights' most valuable medics. Carries herself with the kind of haste and bossiness that comes with being a nurse. She senses the hand of destiny in the evolution of the Rose Knights and has joined to see where the road may lead.

Meliewen of Kundalai ne Alfheim

"Roaming her hills lazily, delving deep into her valleys, ooo, I just looooove nature."
Meliewen is an elven Kundalite, and as such is very seductive and also very talented. Meliewen is also a sorceress of great skill and specializes in power words. She tends to talk about things in a manner that makes it clear she's a a great lover of the beauty and grandeur and holiness of nature, and sex. She plans to attend the college of Michelle of Amber someday, as she's heard great things about it.

Oscar of Hendrake

"ONWARD FOR CHAOS!"
The only child of a Black Watch commander, named as such because her father was obsessed with having a son, not a daughter. His obsession shows in her demeanor, as she was raised to be a boy. She is a recent graduate of Chaos' war academy and seems to be a born leader. Oscar was in the courts during the rioting and helped coordinate efforts to keep the peace and organize aid to the needing. She saw the need for leadership in the Order of the Rose, with Random apparently unwilling to stay in Chaos (which Oscar disapproved of greatly) and oversee its growth and the courts needing a peacekeeping force until the proper authorities could be re-established. One of the four who are generally considered leaders of the roses beneath Random.

Rugen of Hendrake ne Dalgo

"I get an autograph from Random outta this deal, right? Right?"
A dropout of the Courts' War Academy, he was living a mostly aimless existence in the Courts, occasionally getting involved in street fights, taking miscellaneous jobs, etc, until the day of the wreck. He has proven valuable to the Knights when having to deal with looters, street gangs or people just looking for trouble. Though cheerful, he gets involved in an unusually high number of fights.

Lulu of Nurgal ne Yaziri

"My my, and what are you kids up to now?"
An instructor of the War Academy, mage college. Many of her students have become enthralled with the idea of the Order of the Rose and have joined. As a mother figure to them, she joined as well, hoping to keep their feet on the ground even as their heads were in the clouds about the whole youth movement idea.

Diene of Tremere ne Shaea

"Um, ah, I th-think that's for the best, mmm, yes."
Awkward, shy, not self-confident, she joined the knights inspired by Random's call and was hopeful about becoming a more heroic person. Unfortunately, her natural talent for organization and management has steered her into a less glamorous role as a manager and records-keeper of sorts for the Roses. When she asserts herself, she does have the ability to command, and her abilities have earned her a large measure of respect, but has yet to prove her abilities in the field. One of the four who are generally considered leaders of the roses beneath Random, albiet the least awe-inspiring one.

COURTS OF CHAOS MEMBERS Yoshino Shimazu

"THAT'S MY REI-CHAN!"
A student of the Motoko-sama Girls' Academy, freshman member of the Gladius branch of the student council. She is possessive of her 'older sister' of the Gladius branch, her longtime friend Rei, to the point where some speculate the two are lovers. Despite her delicate appearance and usually graceful demeanor she is an extreme tomboy, enjoying action movies, watching sports and playing rough games. She is known to have loud and violent outbursts. Yoshino is a swordswoman of some skill, though not as good as Rei.

Rei Hasekura

A student of the Motoko-sama Girls' Academy and junior member of the Gladius branch of the student council. She is the opposite of Yoshino, seemingly difficult to approach but in reality a very quiet, feminine girl. She is possibly the best swordswoman in the academy.

Youko Mizuno

"My, that is interesting."
A student of the Motoko-sama Girls' Academy and senior member of the Cor branch of the student council. Elegant and always graceful even under pressure, her smile always seems to hint that she knows everything, or that she will shortly. She is an accomplished mage and many say she has a great future as a diplomat as well.

Sei Satou

"Heh heh heh, PAAAARTY!"
A student of the Motoko-sama Girls' Academy and senior member of the Spiritus branch of the student council. Very tomboyish, brash, outgoing, and hard to ignore. If there is a party on campus, she is probably the life of it. Infamous for her excessive flirting, her particularly favorite target of teasing is Yumi Fukuzawa. Many can testify to her amazing strength and endurance, as she has demonstrated both in a variety of ways, some of which are best not brought up in polite company.

Luffy the Pirate

"Woohoo! That was fun!"
The most charismatic and jovial of the Great Four, his tactical ability is mediocre but he inspires those under his command to go above and beyond their usual abilities. He can take a great amount of physical abuse, has shown an iron will, and is a tricky hand-to-hand fighter, often using shapeshifting tricks in battle that Random has been known to use, though he claims he used them first.

Kagura

"I am not so suicidal as to go against the winds of change."
A member of House Redleaf, her personal belief system would make one belief she's actually a Tremere. After the fallout that resulted from Lady Rose's plots, she sought a way to ensure her continued survival and prosperity and sensed that the new Order of the Rose was her ticket to coming into good graces with King Dios and those who would see House Redleaf as their enemies. Known for being a surly but pragmatic person, as well as a formidable air elementalist.

Nikita

"You should leave. Now."
Her past is largely a mystery and she is unwilling to discuss it or the bandages all over her body. Some speculate she is a survivor of the logruswreck that sought a haven in New Chaos, others wonder if she is Lord Loewen's spawn. Her swordsmanship is somewhat reminiscent of his, and while not nearly as lethal, far more potent than anyone would ever suspect from her appearances.
