 You page, "Beowulf nods soberly in return. "No, you didn't." He sighs. 
"I'm sorry about those hecklers at the ceremony. I was tempted to dump 
them into the Dead Unicorn wearing dunce caps, but resisted a bit too 
long; they didn't leave me another excuse." to Rod. 
 
 Rod pages, "Jaqueline nods.  "No need for you to apologize for them... 
you had nothing to do with them.  Ah... I... I was actually calling to 
apologize to you."" to you. 
 
 You page, "Beowulf blinks in surprise. "Apologize? I was the one who 
made you angry."" to Rod. 
 
 Rod pages, "Jaqueline grins sheepishly.  "Ah... well... after talking 
to cousin Moriya and cousin Motoko last night... I understand what's 
going on now...  and I should't have taken it out on you.  My 
apologies." to you. 
 
 You page, "Beowulf smiles a bit. "No problem, Jacqui. I've seen a bit 
of how much you care about your father, and how much his death hurt 
you."" to Rod. 
 
 You page, "Beowulf sighs. "I should have been more toughtful." to Rod. 
 
 Rod pages, "Jaqueline says, "Let's, ah, just move on.  Dad always said 
you shouldn't mope about your mistakes too long."  Her look turns more 
curious. "So, ah, how did the trip at CAFAM go?"" to you. 
 
 You page, "Beowulf nods. "If you like, Jacqui." He smiles ruefully. 
"The CAFAM trip was completely uneventful... unlike Moriya and Motoko's. 
They managed to come across the spikard I'd been looking for." to Rod. 
 
 You page, ""I did pick up that construct manual for you, though."" to 
Rod. 
 
 Rod pages, "Jaqueline brightens.  "Oh? I hope it wasn't terribly 
expensive."" to you. 
 
 You page, "OOCly, don't even know how much it cost. :p After the big 
deal about going down to Chaos to return artwork for reward money, John 
didn't even go into how much it cost; just said I had enough money." to 
Rod. 
 
 You page, "Beowulf shrugs. "I had enough; don't worry about it." to 
Rod. 
 
 Rod pages, "Jaqueline looks expectantly at you." to you. 
 
 You page, ""I did pick up a few Elder Sign pendants, given the way the 
Family's been running into Outsider stuff lately; you want one? Should 
help defend against Outsider sorcery and the like." to Rod. 
 
 Rod pages, "it occurs to you that you haven't handed over the construct 
manual yet ;)" to you. 
 
 You page, "OOC Should have just told her it was from Anno's library.

 You page, "OOCly waiting to see if she wants a pendant, then hand

moment, thinking of her. "Hopefully they'll have Kafuin making Elder 
Sign objects again soon, and you can get ones for Shinobu-chan and 
Moonshade from them." to Akemi and Rod.
