AD 393 At the combination coronation / Easter ceremony following a campaign against a Saxon revival, Martius takes a fancy to Serenity, wife of Duke Orannos of Cornwall. He makes obvious advances, but only succeeds in driving Orannos out of the court and into effective rebellion. Orannos is killed in battle; with the assistance of Artemis, Martius assumes Orannos' shape, enters the castle, and concieves Rei. AD 394 Artemis takes Rei to be fostered in secret with Sir Ector of the forest Sauvage. Rei is raised as Ector's grand-daughter, and made squire to her foster uncle, Yuiichiro. Martius' bastard son, Zoicite, seduces the captive queen Lotia of Orkney, causing her to become pregnant with Makoto. Makoto, born in secret, is given to a trusted squire to raise. AD 396 Zoicite is more-or-less coerced into marrying the newly freed Queen Lotia. AD 397 Mamoru is born in Cameliard, only son of King Godai. Allan makes the first of several attempts to take his place. AD 402 Squire Dionus of Brittany fathers a daughter on one of the Lady of the Lake's maidens, and the child is named Minako. As she grows up, she learns much of magic from the Lady AD 404 Martius gives the Table Round to King Godai of Cameliard. AD 405 Martius, in failing health, dies from the strain of travelling to a battle against the Youma, but not before confirming the succession of his daughter, Rei, to the throne. Britain breaks down into petty fiefdoms and warring baronies. A mallet in a stone (with the Silver Empyrian Crystal set in it) appears in London, and dozens of claimants to the throne attempt to draw it, as Artemis has declared that the Crystal is the symbol of kingship. AD 408 At the Grand Tournament, Rei draws the mallet from the stone, causing many of those assembled to declare her High Queen immediately. Rebellion of the Six Monarchs (including Queen Lotia). Makoto learns of her true parentage, and makes her way to Caerleon where Rei is holding court. She is given the Mallet (minus the Crystal) as a symbol of friendship -- the Mallet also has weather controlling abilities. AD 409 Ami is born to King Bors of Gaul. AD 410 Rei wages war upon the rebellious Monarchs for two years. Finally, a great battle is fought near the wood of Bedegraine. The rebellion ends, and the survivors, including Queen Lotia, swear fealty to Rei. Rei's coronation at Caerleon. At the tournament, the three eldest children of Lotia excell over all competitors. Rei meets their father, and is easily seduced by him. Kyrstiara is thus concieved. Beryl uses her magic to transfer the foetus to her own womb. Umino, son of King Hikaru of Lyonesse, is born, his mother (Queen Misa) dying in childbirth. Hikaru remarries (to Queen Minmay) Rei breaks her father, Martius' spear in a duel with King Rubeus, and was thus bereft of her primary weapon. Thus, Luna, Lady of the Lake, did render her unto her Rhonoghymant, which the Irish call Gae Bulg (that's Cuchulain's spear, and it is a NASTY weapon) and the Youma call Gungnir. When Rei did afix the Silver Crystal unto it, she did enhance its power well nigh a thousand fold ..." AD 411 King Ryons attempts to invade Cameliard. Rei, along with Kings Ban and Bors, opposes him. Kyrstiara is born, and given to Zoisite to raise. Nineve, Lady of the Lake, dies and is succeeded by Luna. AD 412 Believing that Rei has been weakened by last years war against King Ryons, Queen Lotia leads the War of Eleven Monarchs against her. The rebellion is quelled, and Lotia killed by King Rubeus of Galis. Balin le Sauvage, brother of Balan, is banished by Rei for killing a lady in Arthur's court. Taking shelter in the castle of King Tomoe, Balin accidentally delivers the Dolorous stroke ... AD 413 Balin and Balan kill each other in combat. Rei marries Mamoru. King Godai gives her the Table Round as a wedding gift. Allan makes another attempt to take Mamoru's place, but is foiled by Makoto and Yuiichiro. Beryl begins an affair with Mamoru's cousin Ryoga. The Order of the Senshi of the Round Table is created. Minako is brought to court by King Pellinore, who has pursued her on orders from Rei. Mamoru learns of his cousin's affair, and has him banished (actually, Mamoru told him to go take a walk while he thought about this, and Ryoga was never seen nor heard from again .... :) Beryl also leaves the court. AD 414 Artemis falls in love with Minako, and teaches her much of his magic. The second wife of King Hikaru of Lyonesse attempts to poison the child Umino. When the King discovers this, he banishes her, and sends Umino to be raised in Brittany. Minako assists Artemis in his retirement plans. Usagi is born. Beryl attempts to assassinate both her husband and Rei. The plot fails, and Beryl permanently leaves Arthur's court. Usagi is taken to the City of the Lake by the Lady of the Lake, Luna, after Benoic (her parents' kingdom) is overrun by the forces of King Claudus; she is raised without knowledge of her true identity by Luna. Sagremor and Dodinas come to Court. Sagremor from Byzantium, Dodinas from France. Nephrite becomes King of Cornwall. AD 415 Rei's first war with Rome; she defeats the Emperor, and is crowned in his place. Minako and Shingo are rescued and taken to the City of the Lake. AD 419 Sagremor and Dodinas join the Round Table. AD 422 Return of the May Babies (Including Kyrstiara) AD 423 King Rubeus is slain by the Orkney Clan, except for Gareth AD 425 Umino comes from Brittany and (accidentally) defeats Marhaus and is wounded. He is sent to Ireland for healing, where he meets Naru and Palomides. AD 428 Usagi rides forth from the City of the Lake ... and this Earth's Greatest Adventure Is About To Begin. ********** AD 430 The Irish War. Rei forces the kings of Ireland to submit to her. The disastrous adventure of the Castle of Bones (7 Senshi and 144 troops raid a magical castle in Faerieland, only Rei and 7 others return alive...) AD 431 King Anguish of Leinster holds a tournament. The champions are Palomedes and Umino. AD 435 Usagi conquers Dolorous Garde, which becomes Joyous Garde. She is finally inducted into the Round Table. Nephrite banishes Umino for adultery. AD 437 Umino aids Duke Hoel of Brittany, is engaged to his daughter, Molly of the White Hands, cousin to Naru. Comes to conclusion this was a mistake and after hearing the Round Table has been making fun of him again, he departs for Britain once more. AD 438 Umino adventures with Usagi at the Isle Sauvage. AD 440 Umino meets and befriends Malachite. He saves Rei from enchantment by Annowre in the Forest Perilous. AD 443 Beryl forces Umino to carry the Shield of Rebuke at the Castle of the Hard Rock Tournament (Shows a cuckolded king). Umino joins the Round Table. AD 444 Nephrite pays homage to Rei, is forced to reconcile with Umino, after trying to sneak into Logres to assasinate him. There is a Friendship Tournament. Malachite defeats and humiliates Makoto. AD 445 Senshi Dodinas plays a humiliating lay at Nephrite's court. Hotaru arrives at court amid great prophecies. Joseph finds Malachite with Zoicite, and slays Zoicite. AD 447 Demand of Carbonek, child in tow, visits the court, Usagi gets duped again by magic :) Mamoru finds them together, freaks out, Usagi loses it, goes nuts and wanders lost for two years. AD 449 Usagi's madness cured by King Tomoe with the Holy grail for his son, Demand. Usagi lives with Demand as Le Senshi Mal Fet. AD 450 Nephrite imprisons Umino. AD 451 Usagi sponsors a tournament, beats everyone. This leads to Hotaru recognizing her, leading to her returning to the court. Hotaru rescues Umino from prison. He takes Naru with him as he flees. AD 452 Surluise tournament. Many knights fight well, afterward, the Orkneys slay Lamorak. Shinozaki disowns his family. AD 453 Lonazep Tournament. AD 454 Naru returns to her husband. The Quest for the Holy Grail Begins. Chibi-Usa comes to Camelot, is knighted, and the Grail appears at Pentecost to the Court. AD 457 Last grail Questers return. AD 458 Mamoru kidnapped, rescued by Usagi. Adventure of Usagi to prove it is not shameful to ride in a cart (You can sleep for one thing.) AD 459 Usagi heals Sir Urre of Hungary. Nephrite slays Umino, Naru dies of grief. AD 460 Lyonesse sinks beneath the waves. Mamoru banishes Usagi in a jealous fit. AD 461 Mamoru accused of poisoning Makoto at a dinner. Usagi returns and defends her name. The lady of the lake appears and reveals the true murderer. AD 463 Prisma and Kyrstiara catch Mamoru and Usagi together. Mamoru is condemned. Usagi rescues him, but slays Joseph and Shinozaki in process and other knights. Makoto presses Rei for war of revenge. They besiege Usagi and Mamoru in Joyous Garde. Mamoru and Rei are reconciled, Usagi is banished to France. AD 464 War against Usagi in France. Kyrstiara rebels and seizes the throne. Rei is attacked by the Romans and the French. Yuuichiro is slain. Rei returns to England. AD 465 Makoto is slain at the battle of Dover against Kyrstiara. At Camlann, Rei and Kyrstiara slay each other. Mamoru enters a monastery. AD 466 Nephrite invades and plunders London. Usagi returns too late, but defeats Nephrite and Kyrstiara's children. They all are destroyed. Usagi tries to speak to Mamoru, who refuses to speak to her. She enters a nunnery. Constantine of Cornwall becomes the new High King. (Needless to say, the above (465-66) is what happens if Ami of the standard universe doesn't fix things ...) Chris Davies.
